Originally, Richard Propes launched his Tenderness Tour to see if good people still exist in the world – and to mend the wounds of a painful past. In this film, Richard’s personal journey to wheel 150 miles across Indiana to raise funds transforms into an eye-opening investigation into the medical debt crisis.
